Can international clients visit your machinery yard in China?
Yes, on-site physical inspections are welcomed. Our primary yard is situated in Hefei, Anhui Province. We provide official invitation letters for business visas, complimentary airport/high-speed railway pick-up services, and full engineering assistance during your stay.
What should I provide to get an accurate CFR freight quote?
Please inform us of your preferred machine brand and model (or tonnage requirement), whether you require auxiliary attachments (such as hydraulic breakers or quick hitches), and your destination seaport (e.g., Durban, Tema, Callao, Puerto Quetzal).
How do you handle machine testing if I cannot visit in person?
We arrange live WhatsApp/WeChat video calls to perform real-time cold starts, hydraulic pressure tests, walking motor demonstrations, and body measurements. Third-party verification through international inspection agencies (such as SGS) is fully supported prior to balance settlement.
