How do you verify the mechanical condition of used equipment?
Every machine undergoes a strict 50-point inspection covering engine cylinder pressure, main hydraulic pump output, valve distribution, and swing/travel motor performance. We provide cold-start videos, hydraulic pressure tests, and welcome live WhatsApp video calls or third-party inspections (such as SGS).
What trade terms and payment methods do you accept?
We primarily operate under standard CFR (Cost and Freight) terms. Payment is structured via T/T wire transfer (30% advance deposit to secure the machine, with the 70% balance paid prior to port loading and document dispatch).
How are machines packaged and shipped to our destination port?
Depending on machine dimensions and route efficiency, we utilize Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off), Flat Rack, or Standard High-Cube Containers. Disassembly and anti-rust protection are carried out by experienced riggers to ensure safe sea transit.
What is the lead time from deposit to port departure?
Standard transit from yard maintenance, customs declaration, to port delivery is typically 7 to 30 days, depending on shipping schedule availability and customized attachment requirements.
Do you provide maintenance parts or after-sales technical support?
