  • Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 15–30 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping is arranged via reliable freight forwarders and includes export documentation such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Inspection and Acceptance

All machines are inspected and tested before shipment.
We provide photos, videos, and inspection reports to ensure transparency.
Buyers are encouraged to verify all information before confirming shipment.
Once goods are loaded and shipped, acceptance is considered final unless damage occurs during transport and is reported immediately.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Due to the nature of used machinery, products are sold “as-is” without a standard manufacturer warranty.
However, Juexinhang Machinery provides:

  • Functional testing before shipment

  • Operation and maintenance guidance

  • Spare parts supply and technical consultation after delivery

Optional limited warranties may be negotiated for refurbished machines.

  • Project delays caused by shipping or customs

  • External logistics or port-related incidents
